Hey Students!
Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of the stock market and gain valuable insight into financial literacy?
The Sunrise Optimist Club of Freehold is thrilled to invite you to our Annual Stock Picking Contest, where we will be unraveling the mysteries of the stock market and empowering you with knowledge that will last a lifetime.
Scholarship Opportunity up to $23,500
This contest is open to students under the age of 19 as of
October 1, 2023. There is no minimum age and no
grade level requirement prior to college level.
Submit your 4-5 minute double spaced speech, application on
“How To Change The World With Optimism” and a copy of your birth certificate or passport, to the Sunrise Optimist Club Oratorical Contest Chairperson Bill Woodard (wwood2105@aol.com) by March 25, 2024. The contest will be held on Saturday, APRIL 6th from 9 AM to 12 Noon at the CentraState Medical Center conference center room C.

Tournament is open to all children 15 years old and younger.
Prizes will be awarded to:
6 years old and Under - 1st, 2nd, 3rd
7 - 11 years old - 1st, 2nd, 3rd
12 - 15 years old - 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Largest Fish Caught
Smallest Fish Caught
Most Fish Caught
Tournament will be held at Lake Topanemus, Freehold
from 8:00am - 11:00am. $5.00 a child to participate includes food, drinks, bait and shirt ( shirts limited to first 50 children that register)
