October 1, 2025. There is no minimum age and no
grade level requirement prior to college level.
Submit your 4-5 minute double spaced speech, application on
“The Moment I Realized I Belonged-My Definition of Community" and a copy of your birth certificate or passport, to the Sunrise Optimist Club Oratorical Contest Chairperson Bill Woodard (wwood2105@aol.com) by March 21, 2026. The contest will be held on Saturday, APRIL 4th from 9 AM to 12 Noon in the Freehold Area
