Oratorical Contest 2025

Scholarship Opportunity up to $23,000

This contest is open to students under the age of 19 as of

October 1, 2024. There is no minimum age and no

grade level requirement prior to college level.

 

Submit your 4-5 minute double spaced speech, application on 

“How Optimism Has Guided Me Through Trying Times" and a copy of your birth certificate or passport, to the Sunrise Optimist Club Oratorical Contest Chairperson Bill Woodard (wwood2105@aol.com) by March 25, 2025. The contest will be held on Saturday, APRIL 5th from     9 AM to 12 Noon at the CentraState Health Awareness  Center Room 4
